Gournay-en-Bray () is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in north-western France. Édouard Molinaro
Édouard Molinaro (13 May 1928 – 7 December 2013) was a French film director and screenwriter. Biography He was born in Bordeaux, Gironde. He is best known for his comedies with Louis de Funès (''Oscar'', ''Hibernatus''), '' My Uncle Benjamin'' (with Jacques Brel and Claude Jade), ''Dracula and Son'' (with Christopher Lee), and the Academy Award-nominated '' La Cage aux Folles'' (with Michel Serrault and Ugo Tognazzi). Molinaro was active as a director until a few years before his death, although after 1985 he had almost exclusively been producing works for television. In 1996, his cinematic work was awarded the René Clair Award, a prize given by the Académie française for excellent film work. Molinaro died of a respiratory insufficiency in 2013. He was 85. Marie Rivière (; born 22 December 1956) is a French actress and filmmaker. She is known for her collaborations with director Éric Rohmer. From a working-class background, Marie Rivière grew up on a housing estate/project in Montreuil before working as a schoolteacher, then as a shop assistant. At 21, having seen '' L'Amour l'après-midi'', she sent a letter and photo to Éric Rohmer. He saw her in his office at Les films du losange, in the presence of Arielle Dombasle and Thierry Lhermitte, and offered her a small role in ''Perceval le Gallois''. José Giovanni (22 June 1923, Paris, France – 24 April 2004, Lausanne, Switzerland) was the pseudonym of Joseph Damiani, a French writer and film-maker of Corsican origin who became a naturalized Swiss citizen in 1986. ''Eurocops'' is a European television crime TV-series produced between 1988 and 1992. It is a co-production between seven European TV stations in which each station produced a number of episodes which were then pooled, dubbed and otherwise adapted when needed and broadcast by all participating stations, a format used earlier in the German crime series Tatort. The participating networks were ZDF from Germany, ORF from Austria, SRG from Switzerland, RAI from Italy, Televisión Española from Spain, Antenne 2 from France and Channel 4 from the United Kingdom. Benoît Ferreux (; born 29 September 1955) is a French film, television and stage actor who is possibly best recalled internationally for his role in the 1971 film ''Murmur of the Heart''. Career as a child actor Benoît Ferreux was born in Bordeaux.
