Jean-Jacques Kravetz
Jean-Jacques Kravetz (born 23 May 1947) is a French keyboardist, saxophonist and composer. He has played in the bands backing German rock singers Udo Lindenberg and Peter Maffay since the 1970s as well as playing with many other German bands as a guest musician. He was the keyboardist for the German progressive rock band Frumpy from 1969 to 1972. Frumpy
Frumpy was a German progressive rock/krautrock band based in Hamburg, which was active between 1970–1972 and 1990–1995. Formed after the break-up of folk rockers , Frumpy released four albums in 1970–1973 and achieved considerable commercial success. The German press hailed them as the best German rock band of their time and their vocalist as the "greatest individual vocal talent" of the contemporary German rock scene. They disbanded in 1972 although the various members all worked together at various times over the following two decades and they reunited again in 1989, producing three more albums over five years after which they disbanded once more. Udo Lindenberg
Udo Lindenberg (born 17 May 1946) is a German singer, drummer, and composer. Career Lindenberg started his musical career as a drummer. In 1969, he founded his first band Free Orbit, and also appeared as a studio and guest musician (with Michael Naura, Knut Kiesewetter). In 1970, he collaborated as a drummer with jazz saxophonist Klaus Doldinger in Munich. In 1971 Passport, a band founded by Doldinger, released its first album, with Lindenberg on drums. He also played drums for the theme music for the German TV series ''Tatort''. The first LP by the jazz rock group Emergency was released in 1971, but met with little commercial success. The LP ''Lindenberg'' (also 1971, sung in English, with Steffi Stephan on bass) was likewise unsuccessful. Peter Maffay
Peter Alexander Makkay (born 30 August 1949), known as Peter Maffay (), is a Romanian-born German musician, singer, and composer. Early life Born in Braşov (german: link=no, Kronstadt), Romania, the son of a German (Transylvanian Saxon), he was 14 when his family relocated to his parents' West Germany in 1963. In the same year, he started his first band, The Dukes. After completing his education and working for Chemigraphics, an art manufacturer, Maffay worked in clubs, where he distributed his music. Career Maffay's career started with the publication of his first single, " Du" ("You"). It was his biggest German hit in 1970 and brought him instant fame. With the 1979 album '' Steppenwolf'', he became a major music star in Germany. The album sold 1.6 million copies, making it one of the best selling albums at that time. Conservatoire De Paris
The Conservatoire de Paris (), also known as the Paris Conservatory, is a college of music and dance founded in 1795. Officially known as the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP), it is situated in the avenue Jean Jaurès in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, France. The Hamburger Konservatorium is a music conservatory located in the Sülldorf quarter of Hamburg, and it is one of the largest private music schools in Germany. Established as the Klaer'sches Konservatorium für Musik in 1908, it is the oldest school of music in Northern Germany.
