Jason Levine
Jason Brett Levine, also known as Jay Levine, is a Canadian musician, songwriter and music producer. Jason is the brother of musician/producer Jon Levine. Career In the 1990s, Levine was the bassist for the Juno Award-winning Canadian band The Philosopher Kings. In 1998, Levine and Philosopher Kings guitarist James Bryan McCollum created Prozzäk. Levine serves as Prozzäk's bassist and lead vocalist. Levine has written and produced songs for several performers during his career, including b4-4, Kaci Battaglia, Fefe Dobson, Susan Cagle, Honor Society, Natalie Bassingthwaighte, Miranda Cosgrove and Charlotte Sometimes. The Philosopher Kings are a Canadian band. The band was most commercially successful in the late 1990s and have been nominated for five Juno Awards, winning one in 1996 for "Best New Group". Most of the band members, current and former, have also had successful careers as songwriters and producers for several artists and performers. "Get Down" is the debut single by Canadian boy band b4-4. It was released in May 2000 as the first single from their debut self-titled album. The song was very successful in Canada, peaking at number 4 on Canada's Singles Chart. The song was written and produced by Jason Levine and James McCollum, who were nominated for "Best Producer" at the 2001 Juno Awards for their work on the track. The song was featured on MuchDance 2001. Content Since its release, the song has become infamous for its suggestive lyrics, which are thinly veiled references to oral sex. Jessica Charlotte Poland (born January 15, 1988) is an American singer-songwriter, better known by her current and former stage names, JPOLND, Charlotte Sometimes, and Laces. Honor Society (band)
Honor Society was an American pop rock band that formed in New York City in 2006. The band consisted of Michael Bruno (vocals/guitar), Jason Rosen (guitar/keyboard), Andrew Lee Schmidt (bass), and Alexander Noyes (drums); however from late 2012 Rosen was no longer a part of the band.
