Jason Koon
Jason Koon (born August 14, 1985) is an American professional poker player from Weston, West Virginia known for his accomplishments in live and online poker tournaments. Early life Koon graduated from Lewis County High School in 2003 and then attended West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon. There he received his Masters in Business Administration and Finance. He declared he started to play poker following an injury. To avoid boredom, his roommate taught him Texas Hold'Em, and Jason Koon realized he could make a lot of money. Poker career Koon began playing poker in 2006 during college. He played online under the alias ''JAKoon1985'' on PokerStars and ''NovaSky'' on Full Tilt Poker. In April 2009, he won a tournament in the Spring Championship of Online Poker earning over $300,000 prize money. Since 2008, Koon has participated in live tournaments. Jean-Robert F. Bellande (; born September 17, 1970 in Long Island, New York) is an American professional poker player, reality TV contestant, and a nightclub owner and promoter. Background Bellande was born in Long Island, New York to parents who emigrated from Haiti. When Bellande was five years old, his family relocated to Taiwan where his mother was a Christian missionary. He spent the next thirteen years of his life in an expatriate community before returning to the United States acquiring a Bachelor of Arts in marketing from Azusa Pacific University. 2022 PokerGO Tour
The 2022 PokerGO Tour was the second season of the PokerGO Tour. The season runs for 2022 with the first event beginning on January 5. Unlike the 2021 season where the top three finishers were awarded prize money, the 2022 season of the PokerGO Tour would culminate with a winner-take-all PGT Championship. Following the conclusion of the all qualifying PokerGO Tour tournaments, the top 21 players will compete in the PGT Championship where starting chips will be based on PokerGO Tour points and the winner will win the $500,000 first-place prize. High Stakes Duel
High Stakes Duel is an American poker television program that airs on PokerGO and premiered on July 30, 2020. The original series was announced by PokerGO on July 22, 2020, and would see two players play heads-up No-Limit Hold'em in a poker tournament format to decide a winner. The show is filmed exclusively in the PokerGO Studio at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is aired on PokerGO and PokerGO's YouTube channel. Per the rules of High Stakes Duel, the initial buy-in level is $50,000 for Round 1. With each round that follows, the buy-ins double. Round 2 is a $100,000 buy-in, Round 3 is a $200,000 buy-in, and so on. Phillip Jerome Hellmuth Jr. (born July 16, 1964) is an American professional poker player who has won a record sixteen World Series of Poker bracelets. 2021 World Series Of Poker
The 2021 World Series of Poker (WSOP) was the 52nd edition of the event. It took place from September 30 – November 23 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. A full schedule of 88 live events (plus 11 online events) was held after the 2020 WSOP was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The $10,000 No Limit Hold'em Main Event began on November 4, with the champion being determined on November 17. New events included a $1,000 Flip and Go No Limit Hold'em Tournament, where each player was automatically all-in on the first hand and the winners of the hand will proceed into the money and a traditional tournament structure.
