Jason Kavanagh
Jason Kavanagh (born 23 November 1971) is an English former football defender. Career He began his playing career in 1988, signing for Derby County on leaving school in the summer of 1988 and turning professional soon afterwards and playing for them during their relegation from the Football League First Division in 1991 and still being there when they returned to the top flight (now the FA Premier League) with promotion in 1996. However, he lost his place at right-back to Jacob Laursen around this time, and in the autumn of 1996 he was sold to Wycombe Wanderers for £25,000 after a loan spell. He had played 96 league games for the Rams, scoring once. At Adams Park, he helped keep Wycombe in Division Two and remained with them for three seasons, playing 89 league games and scoring once. The English Football League play-offs are a series of play-off matches contested by the four association football teams finishing immediately below the automatic promotion places in the second, third and fourth tiers of the English football league system, namely the EFL Championship, EFL League One and EFL League Two. , the play-offs comprise two semi-finals, each conducted as a two-legged tie with games played at each side's home ground. Full Members Cup
The Full Members' Cup was an association football cup competition held in English football from 1985 to 1992. It was also known under its sponsored names of the Simod Cup from 1987 to 1989 and the Zenith Data Systems Cup from 1989 to 1992. The competition was created after the 1985 Heysel Stadium disaster, when English clubs were banned from European competition, as an additional competition for clubs in the top two English League divisions. Overview Premier League Arsenal overhauled Manchester United's lead during the final weeks of the season to win the Premiership title.
