Jasmin Kurtić
Jasmin Kurtić (born 10 January 1989) is a Slovenian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Super League Greece club PAOK, on loan from Parma, and the Slovenia national team. Club career Early career A right-footed midfielder, Kurtić joined the 1. SNL club Gorica in August 2010 from the 2. SNL club Bela Krajina. His stint at Gorica lasted only six months, as he was noted by scouts of Serie A club Palermo; on 18 December 2010 it was announced Kurtić had agreed a four-and-a-half-year contract with the Sicilians, effective from January 2011, thus making him the fourth Slovenian to join the club during the 2010–11 season. Nogometno društvo Gorica, commonly referred to as ND Gorica or simply Gorica, is a Slovenian football club based in the town of Nova Gorica. The Slovenian Second Football League ( sl, Druga slovenska nogometna liga or commonly 2. SNL) is the second highest Association football, football league in Slovenia. The league was formed in 1991 and is operated by the Football Association of Slovenia. Format and rules In its inaugural season (1991–92 Slovenian Second League, 1991–92), the Slovenian Second League was divided into two regional groups (East and West), with both winners directly promoted to the Slovenian PrvaLiga. Stavros Sarafis ( el, Σταύρος Σαράφης; 17 January 1950 – 13 October 2022) was a Greek football player who spent his entire career in PAOK, playing as an attacking midfielder or forward. He was one of the club's most famous players and also the all-time top scorer. His nickname was ''"Ceasar"'' ''( el, "Kaisaras")''. Career Sarafis was born in Epanomi, on the outskirts of Thessaloniki in 1950. He was discovered by president Giorgos Pantelakis, joined PAOK in 1967, and remained with the club for 14 years, retiring in 1981. Co-ownership (association Football)
Co-ownership is a system whereby two football clubs own the contract of a player jointly, although the player is only registered to play for one club. It is not a universal system, but is used in some countries, including Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. It was formerly commonplace in Italy, though the practice has now been abolished there. This type of deal differs from third-party ownership, in that in the latter, the player's contract is owned by a non-footballing entity, such as a management company. The 2012–13 Serie A (known as the Serie A TIM for sponsorship reasons) was the 111th season of top-tier Italian football, the 81st in a round-robin tournament, and the 3rd since its organization under a league committee separate from Serie B.
