Jase Robertson
Jason Silas "Jase" Robertson (born August 16, 1969) is an American television personality, businessman, and professional duck hunter best known for his work on the A&E reality television show ''Duck Dynasty''. He is the COO of Duck Commander, and co-hosts the podcast ''Unashamed with Phil and Al Robertson''. Childhood Jase Robertson was born to Phil and Marsha "Kay" Robertson in Bernice, Louisiana. His parents gave him the middle name of ''Silas'' in honor of his uncle Silas Robertson, Phil's brother. Jase also has three brothers: Alan, Willie, and Jeptha. Growing up with his father as the town's ''Duck Commander'', Jase wanted to spend as much time with him as possible, going on various hunting expeditions to strengthen their bond. Duck Dynasty
''Duck Dynasty'' is an American reality television series that aired on A&E from 2012 to 2017. The series portrays the lives of the Robertson family, who became successful from their family-operated business, Duck Commander. The West Monroe, Louisiana business makes products for duck hunters, primarily a duck call called ''Duck Commander''. The Robertson men—brothers Phil and Si, and Phil's sons Alan, Jase, Willie, and Jep—are known for their long beards and their conservative, Evangelical Christian views which is why the show is often considered to be a part of Christian media. Duck Commander is an American hunting and outdoor recreation company in West Monroe, Louisiana. Founded by Phil Robertson, a football quarterback at Louisiana Tech University, he developed and patented the company's namesake duck call the ''Duck Commander''. He began his business in a dilapidated boat, where he spent 25 years making duck calls from Louisiana cedar trees. West Monroe, Louisiana
West Monroe is a city in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, United States. It is situated on the Ouachita River, across from the neighboring city of Monroe. The two cities are often referred to as the Twin Cities of northeast Louisiana. Its population was 13,065 at the 2010 census and it is part of the Monroe Metropolitan Statistical Area. The mayor is Staci Albritton Mitchell. History Originally laid out in 1837 as Byron by John Campbell at the foot of the ferry landing to Monroe, the town floundered and Campbell went bankrupt. The area was bought by Christopher Dabbs, a doctor from Virginia who submitted the plans for Cotton Port in 1854; it was officially recognized in 1859. Bernice is a town in Union Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 1,689 at the 2010 census, a decrease from 1,809 in 2000. It is part of the Monroe Metropolitan Statistical Area. History The area was part of the Louisiana frontier and pine forests, but early houses survive from the mid-nineteenth century: among the oldest homes are the R.T. Moore/Gresham/Stenzel House, known as the "Sweet Onion", and McCuller Log Cabin, both circa 1865. Bernice was established in 1899 as a sawmill town after Captain C.C. Henderson built the Arkansas Southern Railroad, the first railway in Union Parish. Also an agricultural trade center, Bernice is the youngest European-American town to be founded in the parish.
