Jarrell Huang
Jarrell Huang Jun Rong (; born 14 October 2000) is a Singaporean singer and songwriter. In 2018, he was crowned champion of the local singing competition ''SPOP Sing!.'' In 2020, he participated in the Chinese male group competition show ''We Are Young''. Early life Huang studied at Maha Bodhi School and Chung Cheng High School (Yishun), Chung Cheng High School. Career In 2007, Huang first participates in the first season of Singapore's game show ''The Sheng Siong Show'' during the children singing competition segment, in which he won. He then made his first child acting role in the 2009's drama ''Together (Singaporean TV series), Together''. In 2011, Huang finished ninth place on the eighth season of the Taiwanese reality talent show ''Chinese Million Star''. He was the youngest contestant to become a Top 10 finalist. The Star Awards for Best Theme Song is an award presented annually at the Star Awards, a ceremony that was established in 1994. The category was introduced in 1997, at the 4th Star Awards ceremony; Sebastian Tan received the award for his theme song, 《和平的代价》 in ''The Price of Peace'' and it is given in honour of a theme song in a Mediacorp drama serial which has delivered an outstanding overall performance. ''TODAY'' is a Singapore English-language digital news provider under Mediacorp, Singapore's largest media broadcaster and provider and the only terrestrial television broadcaster in the country.
