Jaroensap Kiatbanchong
Jaroensap Kiatbanchong ( th, เจริญทรัพย์ เกียรติบ้านช่อง); is a former professional Muay Thai practitioner, born 29 September 1971 in Thung Song, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand. He won two Lumpinee Stadium titles during the golden era of Muay Thai and was elected Fighter of the Year in 1992. After career After retiring from competition Jaroensap opened a gym called Sit Jaroensap in Pathum Thani. He teaches to fighters competing in Bangkok such as Phetsongpark Sitjaroensap, Phtesongkom Sitjaroensap and his son Fourwin Sitjaroensap who won an IFMA Youth World title in 2017 and the True4U 108 lbs title in 2018. Chachoengsao Province
Chachoengsao ( th, ฉะเชิงเทรา, ) is one of Thailand's seventy-six provinces (''changwat''), located in eastern Thailand. Pairojnoi Sor Siamchai ( th, ไพโรจน์น้อย ส.สยามชัย), is a former Thai Muay Thai fighter. He was a Lumpinee stadium champion. Biography & career Pairojnoi is an orphan who grew up in the Chachoengsao province, in a temple known for taking care of homeless children. He started Muay Thai training at the age of 9, he had his first fights in the nearby temples. In 1985 he was scouted by the Songchai promotion and began his ascension at Lumpinee stadium in the 105 lbs division where he became popular for his aggressive style. On August 30, 1988 Pairojnoi won the Lumpinee Stadium title left vacant by Hippy Singmanee against the former champion's brother Kompayak Singmanee. Pairojnoi's fight against Pongsiri Por Ruamrudee on July 25, 1989 was the headline bout for a card that broke records at Lumpinee stadium with a 3 million baht gate and over 10,000 spectators. Langsuan Panyuthaphum ( th, หลังสวน พันธ์ยุทธภูมิ) is a Thai former Muay Thai fighter. Elected fighter of the year in 1987 he was also a 3 weight Lumpinee Stadium Champion during the golden era of Muay Thai. Biography & career Pinthong Wongpanya started Muay Thai training at the age of 14, fighting under the name of Sayannoi before joining Sasiprapa gym in 1984 and changing his ring name to Langsuan. Langsuan fought in Bangkok for 10 years, he was known as ''The Merciless Knee Striker'' for his relentless knee attacks from the clinch. In 1987 Langsuan had 10 fights, he won 9 times, this performance was enough to earn him the most prestigious prize in Muay Thai, the Sports Writers Association of Thailand Fighter of the Year award. Dokmaipa Por Pongsawang ( th, ดอกไม้ป่า ป.พงษ์สว่าง) was a Thai Muay Thai fighter who competed during the golden era of Muay Thai. He was a two weight Lumpinee Stadium champion. Biography & career Chamnien Moonkasorn was born in 1968 in the Selaphum district, Roi Et province where he started Muay Thai training at the age of 9. He fought for the Kiatbanhan gym under the name Detduangnoi Kiatbanhan until the age of 12 when he joined the Por.Pongsawang camp in Bangkok alongside his brothers Tukatathong and Detduang. Dokmaipa debuted in the major Bangkokg stadiums at the age of 16. He rapidly became a notable champion known for his powerful left leg under the Onesongchai promotion. He won the Lumpinee Stadium titles in the 112 lbs and 115 lbs divisions in 1987 and 1988, defeating champions Burklerk Pinsinchai, Wisanupon Saksamut and Wangchannoi Sor Palangchai. Chatchai Paiseetong ( th, ฉัตรชัย ไผ่สีทอง) was a Thai Muay Thai fighter. He was a two-times Lumpinee Stadium champion and Sports Authority of Thailand fighter of the year during the golden era of Muay Thai. Biography & career His nickname ''Samart 2'' is a reference to the Muay Thai legendary Samart Payakaroon who trained at the same gym. Paiseetong was compared to him for his elegance and technical proficiency in the ring. His peak happened during the year 1993 at the age of 19. That yeah he had 7 wins and 3 losses, for this performance he earned the Thailand Sport Authority FIghter of the Year award. Chatchai's prime was relatively short as he struggled to maintain his weight. On February 1, 2002, Paiseetong fought Alexei Pekarchyk. After the bout he had a stroke and was transported to the hospital where his death from heart failure was pronounced at 1:30 AM the next night. He was 28 years old.
