Janneke Marlene "Marja" van Bijsterveldt-Vliegenthart (born 27 June 1961) is a Dutch politician of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA). She has been mayor of Delft since 2 September 2016. Early life Van Bijsterveldt attended nursing school and worked in healthcare. Politics In 1990 she became politically active for the Christian Democratic Appeal. She was an alderwoman (member) of the Almere municipal council but left her post after the mayor of Almere's expenses were investigated. Van Bijsterveldt disagreed with the way the other aldermen of the social-democratic PvdA and the liberal VVD had dealt with the matter, and following a motion of no-confidence she resigned. In 1994 she was appointed to be Mayor of Schipluiden and at age 33, she became the youngest Mayor in Dutch history. Janneke Ensing
Janneke Ensing (born 21 September 1986) is a Dutch former sportsperson, who competed in speed skating in the 2000s before becoming a cyclist, competing for seven different teams between 2009 and 2021. Career Speed skating In 2002, she was the Dutch national C-junior champion. Two years later she won a bronze medal as a B-junior. At the 2007 KNSB Dutch Single Distance Championships Ensing finished 10th over 1500 metres. She also represented her country at the 2007 Winter Universiade held in Turin where she won the gold medal at the team pursuit together with Moniek Kleinsman and Diane Valkenburg. In 2010, Ensing finished fifth in the KNSB Dutch Allround Championships. Cycling Ensing started riding a bicycle in the summer as a means of cross-training before starting to compete in cycle racing. Janneke Jonkman (born Leiderdorp, Netherlands 20 January 1978) is a Dutch writer. After primary school, Jonkman studied dance at the Koninklijk Conservatorium for three years. She quit her studies there and subsequently attended the Stedelijk Gymnasium in Leiden, where she obtained her diploma in 1997. Whilst studying Dutch at the Universiteit van Amsterdam she became a member of the editorship of the literary magazine ''Nymph''. Janneke Ellen Raaijmakers (Hilversum, 28 June 1973 - Utrecht, 2 May 2021) was a Dutch historian of the Middle Ages who specialized in the formation of monastic communities and the role of religious objects in the cult of the saints, with a particular focus on Fulda and the Fulda monastery, founded by Saint Boniface. Raaijmakers received her Ph.D. from the University of Amsterdam in 2003; her dissertation, ''Sacred Time, Sacred Space. History and Identity at the monastery of Fulda (744–856)'', investigates the Fulda monastery including the relics it acquired and their function, and the monastery's position in the "sacred landscape" of the Carolingians. Johanna ("Janneke") Dorotheo Maria Schopman (born 26 April 1977) is a former Dutch field hockey player who played as a defender for Dutch club HC Den Bosch and the Netherlands national team. She is the head coach of the Indian women's national field hockey team Playing career Schopman started playing hockey at Dutch club Tempo '34 in Rotterdam.
