Jan Philip Schulze
Jan Philip Schulze is a German classical pianist. Life Schulze studied with Klaus Schilde and Michael Schäfer at the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich and with Lev Naumov at the Moscow Conservatory. As accompanist and chamber musician, he played with Juliane Banse, Dietrich Henschel and Jonas Kaufmann, among others. He has performed in concert halls throughout Europe and at festivals in Edinburgh, Lucerne, Munich, Salzburg and Schwarzenberg. A special focus of his artistic work is the interpretation of New Music. He has given world premieres of works by Dror Feiler, Beat Furrer, Wolfgang Rihm, Dieter Schnebel, Johannes Schöllhorn and Christoph Staude. The University of Music and Performing Arts Munich (german: Hochschule für Musik und Theater München), also known as the Munich Conservatory, is a performing arts conservatory in Munich, Germany. Violeta Urmana
Violeta Urmanavičiūtė-Urmana (born 19 August 1961) is a Lithuanian opera singer who has sung leading mezzo-soprano and soprano roles in the opera houses of Europe and North America. Life and career Urmana was born in Kazlų Rūda, a small town in Lithuania's Marijampolė County. She studied piano and singing at the Lithuania Academy of Music and Theater in Vilnius and continued her vocal studies in Munich at Hochschule für Musik und Theater München with Josef Loibl. Between 1991 and 1993, she was a member the Bavarian State Opera's Opera Studio program for young singers where she studied under Astrid Varnay and would begin her stage career at the opera house. The Norddeutsche Kammerchor is a mixed choir founded by Maria Jürgensen in Hamburg in 2005. History and repertoire In January 2005, the ensemble met for the first time under the direction of Maria Jürgensen and performed the cantatas IV to VI from the Christmas Oratorio by Johann Sebastian Bach. As a project-based and institutional unattached choir, the singers have since then performed at various locations, mainly in the North German region. Paul Hindemith
Paul Hindemith (; 16 November 189528 December 1963) was a German composer, music theorist, teacher, violist and conductor. He founded the Amar Quartet in 1921, touring extensively in Europe. Peter Rundel (born 1958 in Friedrichshafen), is a German violinist and conductor. A recipient of the Grand Prix du Disque in 1998 for his recording of Jean Barraqué's complete works, he became conductor of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of Flanders in 1999 and the musical director of the Wiener Taschenoper since 2000. Jörg Widmann (born 19 June 1973) is a German composer, conductor and clarinetist. In 2018, Widmann was the third most performed contemporary composer in the world.
