Jan Hrbatý (20 January 1942 – 23 July 2019) was a Czech ice hockey player who played for the Czechoslovak national team. Stražisko is a municipality and village in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants.
