Jan Budtz
Jan Helstrup Budtz (born 20 April 1979) is a Danish footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. He works as the head of operations for League One side Doncaster Rovers, as well as playing semi-professionally for Rossington Main. He has previously played for B 1909 and FC Nordsjælland before moving to England with Doncaster Rovers. He also played in the Football League with Wolverhampton Wanderers, Hartlepool United and Oldham Athletic, before moving into Non-league football with Eastwood Town, Stalybridge Celtic, Worksop Town, Gainsborough Trinity, Buxton, and Grantham Town. Playing career Born in Hillerød, Budtz became an instant hero in his first game for Doncaster Rovers when he replaced the injured Andy Warrington during a League Cup tie against Manchester City in September 2005. The English Football League Championship (often referred to as the Championship for short or the Sky Bet Championship for sponsorship purposes) is the highest division of the English Football League (EFL) and second-highest overall in the English football league system, after the Premier League. The league is contested by 24 clubs. In sports, a loan involves a particular player being able to temporarily play for a club other than the one to which they are currently contracted. Loan deals may last from a few weeks to a full season, sometimes persisting for multiple seasons at a time. A loan fee can be arranged by the parent club as well as them asking to pay a percentage of their wages. Association football Players may be loaned out to other clubs for several reasons. Most commonly, young prospects will be loaned to a club in a lower league in order to gain invaluable first team experience. Ben Smith (goalkeeper)
Benjamin James "Ben" Smith (born 5 September 1986) is an English football goalkeeper who last played for Southport. He also made senior appearances in the Football League for Doncaster Rovers and Lincoln City, and was part of the Shrewsbury Town squad which won promotion from League Two in the 2011–12 season. Biography Smith is son of the renowned goalkeeper and goalkeeping coach Simon Smith. He attended Whitley Bay High School. Alan Blayney
Alan Blayney (born 9 October 1981) is a professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He was recognised at the IFA Premiership and Irish Cup several times. He is now the first team goalkeeper coach at NIFL Premiership side Larne. Darius Martin Clarke Vassell (born 13 June 1980) is an English former professional footballer who played as a forward for Aston Villa, Manchester City, Ankaragücü and Leicester City.
