Jamie Dowling
Jamie Dowling (born 29 October 1990) is an Australian professional rugby league footballer for the Burleigh Bears of the Intrust Super Cup. He is the grandson of former St. George Dragons and Queensland state rugby league team, Queensland hooker, John Dowling (rugby league), John Dowling. Early career Born in Sydney but raised on the Gold Coast, Dowling began playing rugby league for Brighton Seagulls in Sydney before moving to the Burleigh Bears under 10's. Dowling continued playing for the Bears through his teenage years where he was a part of the Parramatta Eels development squad from 2005 to 2007. Gold Coast A graduate of Marymount College, Gold Coast, Marymount College, Dowling played for the Gold Coast Titans S. G. Ball Cup, SG Ball side in 2008, before joining their National Youth Competition (rugby league), National Youth Competition team for 2009. During his two years in the Toyota Cup, Dowling played 39 games, scored 6 tries and helped the Titans to the finals in 2010 ... Kogarah, New South Wales
Kogarah () is a suburb of Southern Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Kogarah is located 14 kilometres (9 miles) south-west of the Sydney central business district and is considered to be the centre of the St George area. Location Kogarah took its name from Kogarah Bay, a small bay on the northern shore of the Georges River. The suburb originally stretched to the bay but has since been divided up to form the separate suburbs of Kogarah Bay and Beverley Park. Kogarah has a mixture of residential, commercial and light industrial areas. It is also known for its large number of schools (including primary school, high school and tertiary education) and health care services (including two hospitals and many medical centers). The NRL side, St George Illawarra Dragons have their Sydney office based at nearby Jubilee Oval, often referred to as Kogarah Oval.
