Jamie Devitt
Jamie Martin Devitt (born 6 July 1990) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Carlisle United. He has also played for Hull City, Darlington, Shrewsbury Town, Grimsby Town, Bradford City, Accrington Stanley, Rotherham United, Chesterfield, Morecambe, Blackpool and Barrow. Club career Hull City Born in Dublin, Devitt progressed through Hull City's youth system and was voted Young Player of the Year and Supporters' Club Player of the Year for the 2007–08 season. In 2009–10 he spent time on loan at three different League Two clubs. He signed for Darlington on a month's loan on 15 September 2009. Nick Barmby
Nicholas Jon Barmby (born 11 February 1974) is an English football coach and former professional player. As a player, he played as a midfielder spending nearly his entire career in the Premier League for Tottenham Hotspur, Middlesbrough, Everton, Liverpool and Leeds United. He then had a brief spell with Nottingham Forest in the Football League before finishing his career with home town club Hull City where during an eight-year spell he helped the club earn promotion from League One to the Premier League. He was capped 23 times by England between 1995 and 2001, and was part of the Euro 96 and Euro 2000 squad's. Blundell Park
Blundell Park is a football ground in Cleethorpes, North East Lincolnshire, England and home to Grimsby Town Football Club. The stadium was built in 1899, but only one of the original stands remains. The current capacity of the ground is 9,052, after being made all-seater in summer 1995, reducing the number from around 27,000. Several relegations in previous years meant the expansion seating was also taken away; that reduced the capacity further from around 12,000 to what it is now. The stadium is Grimsby Town's fourth ground, having previously played at Clee Park, Lovett Street and Abbey Park in the club's first twenty years of existence. In sports, a loan involves a particular player being able to temporarily play for a club other than the one to which they are currently contracted. Loan deals may last from a few weeks to a full season, sometimes persisting for multiple seasons at a time. A loan fee can be arranged by the parent club as well as them asking to pay a percentage of their wages. Association football Players may be loaned out to other clubs for several reasons.
