James Moore Wayne (1790 – July 5, 1867) was an American attorney, judge and politician who served as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States from 1835 to 1867. He previously served as the 16th Mayor of Savannah, Georgia from 1817 to 1819 and the member of the United States House of Representatives for Georgia's at-large congressional district from 1829 to 1835, when he was appointed to the Supreme Court of the United States, Supreme Court by President Andrew Jackson. He was a member of the Democratic Party (United States), Democratic Party. Early life Wayne was born in Savannah, Georgia in 1790. James Douglas Wayne (March 3, 1920 or April 17, 1924 – March 31, 1978), who recorded in the 1950s and early 1960s as James Waynes, James Wayne, and Wee Willie Wayne, was an American rhythm and blues singer, songwriter and musician. He recorded "a fine blend of Texas blues and New Orleans R&B". He had a no.2 hit on the ''Billboard'' R&B chart in 1951 with the song "Tend To Your Business", and that year also recorded one of the earliest versions of the widely performed song "Junco Partner". Biography Details of his life are obscure. According to his own account, he was born in Houston, Texas, in 1920, although some sources give his birthplace as Jefferson County, Texas with a date of birth in 1924, and others state it as New Orleans. It was released in the United States on DreamWorks in mid 2003, it produced four chart singles on the ''Billboard'' Hot Country Songs charts. The album's first two singles, "Stay Gone" and "I Love You This Much", both reached Top Ten on that chart, peaking at No. 3 and No. 6, respectively. Following these two songs were "You Are" and "Paper Angels", both of which peaked at No. 18. It was also his only album for the DreamWorks label, which was closed in 2006.
