James Haynes (August 9, 1960 – November 14, 2020) was an American football linebacker who played six seasons with the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League (NFL). He first enrolled at Coahoma Community College before transferring to Mississippi Valley State University. Tallulah is a city in and the parish seat of Madison Parish, Louisiana, Madison Parish in northeastern Louisiana, United States. The 2010 population was 7,335, a decrease of 1,854, or 20.2 percent, from the 9,189 recorded at the 2000 United States Census, 2000 census.
