James Harper (actor)
James Harper (born October 8, 1948) is an American actor. He has been in movies and guest-starred on television shows including ''Frasier'', '' Matlock'', '' NYPD Blue'', '' Star Trek: Deep Space Nine'', and '' JAG''. He also played the role of Admiral Kelso in the 1998 film ''Armageddon''. In addition to acting, Harper has contributed his voice to several video games, most notably '' StarCraft'' as Arcturus Mengsk, '' Resistance: Fall of Man'', and ''Diablo II''. Harper reprised his role of Arcturus Mengsk in '' StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty'' and '' StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm''. Bell is an incorporated city in Los Angeles County, California, near the center of the former San Antonio Township (abolished after 1960). Its population was 35,477 at the 2010 census, down from 36,664 in the 2000 census. Bell is located on the west bank of the Los Angeles River and is a suburb of the city of Los Angeles. Earl Kemp Long (August 26, 1895 – September 5, 1960) was an American politician and the 45th governor of Louisiana, serving three nonconsecutive terms. Long, known as "Uncle Earl", connected with voters through his folksy demeanor and colorful oratory. He departed from other southern politicians of his time by promoting a progressive agenda, expanding school-lunch programs, teacher pay, public-works projects, and minority voting rights.
