James Glennon
James Glennon, ASC (August 29, 1942 – October 19, 2006) was an American cinematographer. Career Born in Los Angeles, California, Glennon was the son of cinematographer Bert Glennon. James started off working in the Warner Bros. mail room, and then moved to the camera department, including as director of photography of the American unit for ''Return of the Jedi''. Beginning in 1970, Glennon worked as a cinematographer on feature motion pictures, ''Citizen Ruth'', ''Election'', ''About Schmidt'' and others including '' El Norte''. In 2005 his work on the HBO television series '' Deadwood'' earned him an Emmy Award. Glennon also worked as director of photography on a number of other television movies and program series, such as ''The West Wing'', along with '' Carnivàle'' and ''Big Love'' for HBO. Pablo Ferro
Pablo Ferro (January 15, 1935 – November 16, 2018) was a Cuban-American graphic designer, film titles designer, and founder of Pablo Ferro Films. Childhood Born in Antilla, Oriente Province, Cuba, he was raised on a remote farm before emigrating to New York with his family as a teenager. Education Ferro taught himself animation from a book by Preston Blair. In the mid-1950s he began freelancing in the New York animation industry for Academy Pictures and Elektra Studios. He found his first solid job with a company that made commercials. It was while working there that he met and befriended former Disney animator Bill Tytla, who became a mentor. Another co-worker was Stan Lee, the then-future editor of Marvel Comics, with whom he created a series of science fiction adventure comics. Joyce Chopra (; born October 27, 1936) is an American director. She was married to American stage and screenwriter Tom Cole until his death on February 23, 2009. Life and career Chopra was one of three siblings born in New York City to Abraham, a lawyer and judge, and Tillie ( Ornstein) Kalina, and raised in the Coney Island and Brighton Beach neighborhoods. Chopra graduated from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts. A few months after her graduation, she and a partner opened a European-style coffee house near Harvard Square at 47 Mt.
