James E. Walker Library
__NOTOC__ The James E. Walker Library is the campus library of Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Opened in 1999 under university president James E. Murfreesboro is a city in and county seat of Rutherford County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 152,769 according to the 2020 census, up from 108,755 residents certified in 2010. Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU or MT) is a public university in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
