	Jim Dillard James Hardy Dillard II (born November 21, 1933) is a politician and former Republican Party (United States), Republican member of the Virginia House of Delegates. He represented the 41st district, which includes part of Fairfax County, Virginia, Fairfax County, from 1980 to his retirement in 2005. In the years after leaving office, Dillard has strayed from the Republican Party (United States), Republican Party; endorsing Mark Warner for the United States Senate in 2008; his Democratic Party (United States), Democratic successor as Delegate for the 41st district, David W. Marsden, Dave Marsden, on several occasions; and his defeated 1999 opponent for the Virginia House of Delegates, Democrat Eileen Filler-Corn, to replace Marsden in that seat in 2010. He also declared President George W. Bush's No Child Left Behind program to be a failure. Dillard, however, still claims to be a Republican. 	James Price Dillard James Price Dillard is a distinguished professor of Communication Arts and Sciences Department at Penn State University. He has authored and co-authored over 50 manuscripts primarily on the role of emotion and persuasive influence. Dillard graduated in 1976 from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Psychology. In 1978, he earned his Master's degree in Communication from Arizona State University and in 1983, he received a Ph.D. in Communication from Michigan State University. Dillard is currently teaching Measurement in Communication Science and Persuasive Message Processing classes at Penn State University. His awards include the NCA Golden Anniversary Award for the most outstanding, Distinguished Book Award, Communication and Social Cognition Division of the National Communication Association and many others. picture info	American Airlines Flight 191 American Airlines Flight 191 was a regularly scheduled domestic passenger flight in the United States operated by American Airlines from Chicago O'Hare International Airport to Los Angeles International Airport. On the afternoon of May 25, 1979, the McDonnell Douglas DC-10-10 operating this flight was taking off from runway 32R when its left engine detached, causing loss of control, and it crashed less than from the end of the runway. All 258 passengers and 13 crew on board were killed, along with two people on the ground. With 273 fatalities, it is the deadliest aviation accident to have occurred in the United States. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) found that as the aircraft was beginning its takeoff rotation, engine number one (the left engine) separated from the left wing, flipping over the top of the wing and landing on the runway.
