James Cantwell
James Michael "Jim" Cantwell (born October 25, 1966) is an American politician and lawyer from Massachusetts. A Democrat, Cantwell is the State Director for United States Senator Ed Markey. Cantwell previously served as the Massachusetts State Representative for the 4th Plymouth district from 2008 to 2018. The district encompassed Marshfield and precincts 1, 2, 4, 5, & 6 of Scituate. Education and early career Cantwell, a native of Marshfield, graduated from Marshfield High School in 1984. He completed his undergraduate degree from Boston College in 1988. He received a J.D. degree from Boston College Law School in 1994. He attended the University of Paris in 1987. Cantwell was a leader of the effort to preserve the Webster Estate as a historic site and public space. After graduating from law school, Cantwell served as an Assistant District Attorney for Norfolk County. Norfolk County (, ) is located in the U.S. state of Massachusetts. At the 2020 census, the population was 725,981. Its county seat is Dedham. It is the fourth most populous county in the United States whose county seat is neither a city nor a borough, and it is the second most populous county that has a county seat at a town. Massachusetts Route 139
Route 139 is a west–east state highway in southeastern Massachusetts. Its western terminus is at Route 27 and Route 138 in Stoughton and its eastern terminus is at Route 14 in Duxbury. Along the way it intersects several major highways including Route 24 in Stoughton and Route 3 in Pembroke. Route description Route 139 begins in Stoughton Square at the southern junction of the Route 27 and 138 concurrency. The highway heads northeast until the junction with Route 24, at which point the highway heads almost due east. Recovery coaching is a form of strengths-based support for people with addictions or in recovery from alcohol, other drugs, codependency, or other addictive behaviors. There are multiple models, with some programs using self-identified peers who draw from their own lived experience with substance use and recovery and some utilizing people who have no lived experience but some training in support, depending on local standards and availability. They help clients find ways to stop addiction (abstinence) or reduce harm associated with addictive behaviors. These coaches can help a client find resources for harm reduction, detox, treatment, family support and education, local or online support groups; or help a client create a change plan to recover on their own.
