James B. Goetz
James Burton Goetz (May 28, 1936 – March 17, 2019) was a radio broadcaster and Minnesota Republican politician. He served as the 38th Lieutenant Governor of Minnesota from January 2, 1967, to January 4, 1971. He owned the KAGE radio station in Winona, Minnesota. Goetz was born in Freeport, Illinois. Karl Harold Phillip LeVander (October 10, 1910March 30, 1992) was an American attorney and politician. A Republican, he served as the 32nd governor of Minnesota from January 2, 1967 to January 4, 1971, after defeating incumbent governor Karl Rolvaag in the 1966 election. Benjamin Boo Jr. (January 21, 1925 – December 1, 2021) was an American politician in the state of Minnesota. He served as the 33rd mayor of Duluth from 1967 to 1975, and as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives representing District 8B from 1984 to 1993. Winona is a city in and the county seat of Winona County, in the state of Minnesota. Located in bluff country on the Mississippi River, its most noticeable physical landmark is Sugar Loaf.
