James Allen Williamson
James Allen Williamson (born May 27, 1951) is an American attorney and Republican Party (United States), Republican politician from the U.S. state of Oklahoma. Williamson served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 1980 to 1986 and in the Oklahoma Senate from 1996 to 2008. From 1998 to 2002 he served as Assistant Republican Floor Leader, and then as Floor Leader from 2003 to 2004. Oklahoma Secretary Of State
The Secretary of State of the State of Oklahoma is the chief clerical officer of Oklahoma and a member of the Oklahoma Governor's Cabinet. The Secretary of State is the only appointed constitutional member of the executive branch of the Oklahoma state government. The office of Secretary of State was elective from statehood until 1975 when the Constitution was amended and it became an appointive office, running concurrent with the Governor effective in 1979. Democrat John Rogers served the longest in office, having been elected three times to serve. He only served eight and one-half years, however, when he resigned just six months after taking office for the third time for a four-year term. Brian Bingman
Brian John Bingman (born December 9, 1953) is an American Republican politician from the U.S. state of Oklahoma serving as Secretary of State and Native American Affairs and was formerly the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma Senate. He currently works for Uplands Resources Inc. in Tulsa as vice-president of Land and Operations and is the current president of the Energy Council, an international coalition of states and Canadian province leaders in energy policy. Bingman is a member of the Creek Nation and the Sapulpa Chamber of Commerce. Early life Bingman received a BBA in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Oklahoma in 1976.
