Jamelia
Jamelia Niela Davis (born 11 January 1981) is a British singer, actress and television personality. Her three studio albums each peaked inside the Top 40 and they spawned eight top-10 singles. In addition, Jamelia has won four MOBO Awards, a Q Award and has received nine BRIT Award nominations. Jamelia's professional music career began in 1999, when she released her debut single, " So High", followed by a more successful single, " I Do". She then released her debut full-length studio album, ''Drama'', in June 2000. Jamelia went on to release further successful singles, including "Superstar" which charted at number three on the UK Singles Chart and number one in Australia, where it became platinum certified. She went on to release the albums '' Thank You'' (2003) and '' Walk with Me'' (2006), before leaving her label Parlophone. Jamelia appeared as a judge on '' Move Like Michael Jackson'' in 2009. "Superstar" is a song written by Mich Hansen, Joe Belmaati, and Remee and performed by Danish pop singer Christine Milton. Darren Byfield
Darren Asherton Byfield (born 29 September 1976) is a former professional footballer. He is currently a first-team coach at Walsall. Byfield won six caps for Jamaica in 2003, and has scored 110 goals in 484 appearances across all domestic competitions so far in his football career. He was briefly married to the pop star Jamelia, with whom he had one child. He began his career with Aston Villa in 1997, and enjoyed loan spells with Preston North End, Northampton Town, Cambridge United, and Blackpool, before winning a move to Walsall in June 2000. The Q Awards were the UK's annual music awards run by the music magazine '' Q''. Since they began in 1990, the Q Awards became one of Britain's biggest and best publicised music awards. Locations for the awards ceremony included Abbey Road Studios and near the end of its life, The Park Lane Ballroom. One of the more notable events of the awards was the ceremony of 2004, at which Elton John accused Madonna of cheating fans by miming on stage, after she had been nominated for a Best Live Act award.
