Jamali Kamboh
Shaikh Jamali Kamboh (Shaikh Jamal-uddin Kamboh Dehlwi, also known as ''Shaikh Hamid bin Fazlullah'', ''Dervish Jamali Kamboh Dehlwi'', ''Shaikh Jamal-uddin Kamboh Dehlwi'' or ''Jalal Khan'' etc. ) was a 16th-century poet and Sufi of the Suhrawardiyya sect and pupil of Poet Jami and of Shaikh Sama'al-Din Kamboh' Jamali Kamali Mosque and Tomb are situated in Mehrauli Archeological Park, close to the Qutb Minar. Biography Jamali came from a Sunni family but was initiated into Sufism by the teacher Shaikh Sama'al-Din Kamboh. He was the tutor of Sultan Sikandar Lodhi and had married the daughter of Shaikh Sama'al-Din Kamboh. He lived at Mehrauli during the reign of Sultan Sikandar Lodhi (reign 1489 AD-1517 AD) and later composed panegyrics to the first of the Mughal emperor, Babur (b. 1483, d. 1530 AD) and his successor Humayun. Jamali Maddix (born 15 April 1991) is an English stand-up comedian. He appears as a regular panellist on the reboot of ''Never Mind the Buzzcocks'' and appeared on series 11 of '' Taskmaster''. Early life Maddix was born in Ilford, East London. He attended the University of Salford, where he studied theatre. He took leave from the course when he contracted a blood infection from a tattoo, and ultimately dropped out to pursue comedy as a career. Career Maddix won the Chortle Student Comedian of the Year award in 2014. In July 2022, Maddix's podcast ''Spooky Shit'' won the title of Best Comedy Podcast at the British Podcast Awards. Jamali Shadat (18 September 1941 – 3 February 2021) was a Malaysian comedian known for his ventriloquism and mimicry which are seen in his roles as ''Atan'' and ''Atok'' in various stage plays. Career His fame began when he was the first runner up of a Bakat TV competition. After his newly found fame, he was invited to record his jokes on gramophones and later on cassettes and CDs. His comedy is known for being able to appeal to people of different racial backgrounds. His life has played a major role in his comedy as the characters of ''Atan'' and ''Atok'' were inspired by his village and his upbringing where he met people of different races. Death Jamali died on 3 February 2021 at age of 79, following an old age.
