Jalen Reeves-Maybin
Jalen Ahmad Reeves-Maybin (born January 31, 1995) is an American football linebacker for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Tennessee. He was drafted in the 4th round of the 2017 NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions. Early years Reeves-Maybin is the son of LaDawn Reeves and Marques Maybin. He attended Northeast High School in Clarksville, Tennessee. He played high school football for Northeast. He contributed to the team on offense as a quarterback. He gained more than 2,000 rushing yards as a senior, including 1,000 yards in three postseason games, with more than 300 yards in each game. Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and the defensive linemen. Beech Senior High School
Beech High School is one of two public high schools in Hendersonville, Tennessee. The school is located in the Shackle Island community on Long Hollow Pike, near the intersection of Shackle Island Road, Long Hollow Pike, and New Hope Road, just to the north of the Hendersonville city limits, and is part of the Sumner County Schools district. The current school officially opened on August 27, 1980, under the direction of Mr. Merroll N. Hyde. In 1986, the first female principal in Sumner County, Mary Clouse, became the principal. The 2015 TaxSlayer Bowl was an American college football bowl game played on January 2, 2015, at EverBank Field in Jacksonville, Florida. The 2014 Tennessee Volunteers football team represented the University of Tennessee in the 2014 NCAA Division I FBS football season. This was the 118th overall season, 81st as a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC), and its 23rd within the SEC Eastern Division. In gridiron football, defensive backs (DBs), also called the secondary, are the players on the defensive side of the ball who play farthest back from the line of scrimmage.
