''Jagun Jagun (The Warrior)'' is a 2023 Netflix original epic Yoruba film produced by Femi Adebayo Salami and Euphoria360 Media . It was directed by Adebayo Tijani and Tope Adebayo Salami. The film stars Femi Adebayo, Adedimeji Lateef, Bimbo Ademoye, Faithia Balogun, Mr Macaroni, Bukunmi Oluwasina, Ibrahim Yekini and Muyiwa Ademola. It was released on Netflix streaming platform on 10 August 2023. It won the Best Indigenous Language Movie (West Africa), and the Best Costume Design award category at the 2024 Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards. Plot ''Jagun Jagun'' tells the story of a Warlord, Ogundiji who begins to feel threatened by the potential of a young warrior, Gbotija whose main aim is to avenge the death of his father. Femi Adebayo
Femi Adebayo Salami (born 31 December 1978) is a Nigerian film director, film actor, lawyer, producer and Special Adviser to the Governor of Kwara State on Arts, Culture and Tourism. He is the son of the veteran actor Adebayo Salami. Early life Adebayo was born on 31 December 1978 in Lagos, southwest Nigeria. His father, who is a veteran Nigerian actor Adebayo Salami (Oga Bello), hails from Ilorin, Kwara State. Education Adebayo attended thC&S College, Ilorin, Kwara State for his secondary school education. He then went to the University of Ilorin, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Law. Dele Odule (born 23 November 1961) is a Nigerian film actor and producer. He was nominated in the "Best Supporting Actor (Yoruba)" category at the 2014 Best of Nollywood Awards for his role in the film ''Kori Koto''. He currently serves as the President of the Theatre Arts and Movie Practitioners Association of Nigeria. Adebayo Ayoade Salami (26 July 1951 – 7 January 2021) was a Nigerian politician who served as Senator representing the Osun State Central constituency at the start of the Nigerian Fourth Republic running on the Alliance for Democracy (AD) platform. He resumed office on 29 May 1999. After taking his seat in the Senate in June 1999, he was then appointed to committees on Public Accounts, Labor (vice-chairman), Power & Steel and Water Resources.
