Jade Elizabeth Rose (born February 12, 2003) is a Canadian soccer player who plays as a defender for the Harvard Crimson in the Ivy League and the Canadian national team. Early life Rose began playing soccer with the Markham SC, before moving onto Unionville-Milliken SC, and then to the NDC Ontario Regional Excel (REX) Program. College career Rose was first approached by the Harvard Crimson women's soccer coaching staff in 2018. Rose committed to join Harvard University for the 2021-22 school year, also playing for the women's soccer team. She scored her first collegiate goal on September 2, 2021 against the Boston University Terriers. She scored her first game winning goal, in double overtime, on September 15, 2021 against the Northeastern Huskies. Markham, Ontario
Markham () is a city in the Regional Municipality of York, Ontario, Canada. It is approximately northeast of Downtown Toronto. In the 2021 Census, Markham had a population of 338,503, which ranked it the largest in York Region, fourth largest in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and 16th largest in Canada. 2022 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship
The 2022 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship was the 11th edition of the CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship, the biennial international youth football championship organised by CONCACAF for the women's under-20 national teams of the North, Central American and Caribbean region. Same as previous edition, the tournament will featured 20 teams and was held in the Dominican Republic, between 25 February and 12 March 2022. The 2021 SheBelieves Cup was the sixth edition of the SheBelieves Cup, an invitational women's soccer tournament held in the United States. Featuring national teams from Canada, Brazil, Argentina, and hosts United States, it began on February 18 and ended on February 24, 2021. Argentina replaced Japan after it withdrew due to the COVID-19 pandemic. United States successfully defended their title, capturing their fourth title. Format The four invited teams played a round-robin tournament. Points awarded in the group stage followed the formula of three points for a win, one point for a draw, and zero points for a loss. The 2020 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship was the 10th edition of the CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship, the biennial international youth football championship organized by CONCACAF for the women's under-20 national teams of the North, Central American and Caribbean region. The final tournament is expanded from eight to 20 teams, using the same format as the 2019 CONCACAF U-17 Championship. The 2018 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup was the 6th edition of the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup, the biennial international women's youth football championship contested by the under-17 national teams of the member associations of FIFA, since its inception in 2008. The tournament was held in Uruguay from 13 November to 1 December 2018. North Korea were the defending champions but were eliminated by Spain in the quarter-finals.
