Jacynthe Millette-Bilodeau (born September 13, 1979) is a Canadian pop music, pop singer who records as Jacynthe. She records material in English, French and Italian, and has had Top 40 hits on both the English language, anglophone and francophone pop charts in Canada. She lives in Montreal. As of 2020, she has retired her from her career in entertainment and now is an English second language teacher as well as budding politician in her community of Laval, Quebec. Jacynthe is best known amongst adults for starring, along with Anne-Marie Losique, in the French-speaking Quebecer, Québécois version of the reality show ''The Simple Life'', called ''La Vie Rurale''. In 2006 she toured with the Cirque du Soleil in their very first arena tour, ''Delirium (Cirque du Soleil), Delirium''. She left the show in May. It depicts the two wealthy socialites, as they struggle to do manual, low-paying jobs such as cleaning rooms, farm work, serving meals in fast-food restaurants, and working as camp counselors. The series premiered on December 2, 2003, on Fox Broadcasting Company, Fox, and concluded on August 5, 2007, on E!. A falling out between Hilton and Richie in 2005 led the series to be cancelled by Fox following its third season. It was eventually picked up by E!, which aired its fourth and fifth seasons. Give It Up (KC And The Sunshine Band Song)
"Give It Up" is a song by American disco group KC and the Sunshine Band, although it was simply credited as KC in many countries, including the US. Following the backlash against many disco artists on the charts at the beginning of the 1980s, the song was a comeback hit for the act in the US. Epic Records refused to release it; however, the independent Meca Records label showed its support and the song peaked at No. 18 on the '' Billboard'' Hot 100 in March 1984. Victoria Eileen Elizabeth Duffield (born January 3, 1995) is a Canadian singer, songwriter, dancer, and actress. She is best known for her debut single "Shut Up and Dance", which peaked at number 12 on the Canadian Hot 100 chart in 2011 and was certified platinum by the Canadian Recording Industry Association (CRIA). Anne-Marie Losique (also known by the stage name AML born July 14, 1965) is a television producer, television host and singer in Quebec, Canada. Along with Marc Trudeau, she is co-founder of production company Image Diffusion International. She is the daughter of Serge Losique, president and founder of the Montreal World Film Festival. She's the owner and current CEO of VanessaTV (now VividTV Canada), the first French adult entertainment channel in Quebec. Profile Losique studied theatre at ''La Sorbonne'' in Paris.
