Jacobus Swart (* February 9, 1950 in Heiloo, The Netherlands) is a professor at State University of Campinas UNICAMP Campinas, Brazil and was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2014 ''for contributions to microelectronics education in Brazil''. Biography Jacobus Swart got his Engineer Degree and a Doctor in Engineering from Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, USP, in 1975 and 1981 respectively. Afterwards he did a postdoc at Catholic University of Leuven, Leuven, Belgium.
