Jacob ''"Jake"'' Martin (born December 11, 1995) is an American football outside linebacker for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Temple. Martin was a second-team All-American Athletic Conference selection in 2017 and led the Owls in sacks with eight. Professional career Seattle Seahawks Martin was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the sixth round (186th overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft. Houston Texans 2019 season On August 31, 2019, the Seahawks traded Martin along with outside linebacker Barkevious Mingo and a 2020 third-round pick to the Houston Texans in exchange for Jadeveon Clowney. The 2018 NFL Draft was the 83rd annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible players for the 2018 NFL season. Patrick Lavon Mahomes II (born September 17, 1995) is an American football quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). Whitney Mercilus (born July 21, 1990) is a former American football linebacker who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 10 seasons, primarily with the Houston Texans.
