Jacob Jones (footballer)
Jacob Alexander Jones (born 5 September 2001) is a Welsh professional footballer who plays as a defender for club Woking. Club career Jones began his career at Swansea City, before moving to Forest Green Rovers in July 2022. In October 2022, Jones joined National League South club Bath City on a one-month loan deal. On 2 February 2023, Jones joined National League North club King's Lynn Town on loan until the end of the season. Jones left Rovers at the end of the season. Following a brief trial with Dundee, Jones joined Scottish League One club Cove Rangers on a two-year deal in July 2023. The English Football League (EFL) is a league of professional football clubs from England and Wales. Founded in 1888 as the Football League, the league is the oldest such competition in the world.
