Jack Tuijp
Jacobus Johannes "Jack" Tuijp (born 23 August 1983) is a Dutch former professional footballer who played as a striker. He spent most of his career with FC Volendam. The media often misconstrued his surname as ''Tuyp''. Tuijp, born in Volendam, started his football career at RKAV Volendam like many other footballers from the fishing village. In the 2002–03 season, he made his debut in professional football for FC Volendam. After two seasons he left for Groningen. There he made eleven league appearances in his first season, after which the club sent him on loan to his old club for the next two seasons. After this, FC Volendam signed the striker on a permanent basis. He became a key player in the team and became the top goalscorer of the second-tier Eerste Divisie three times. Theodorus Maria "Dick" Tol (21 August 1934 – 13 December 1973) was a Dutch footballer who spent his entire career with Volendam. Nicknamed "''De Knoest''" ("The Burl"), Tol played as a striker and was the top goalscorer in the Eredivisie in the 1961–62 season, scoring 27 goals. He is also the all-time top goalscorer of Volendam. Career Born in Volendam as the son of well-to-do fishmonger, Kees Tol, Dick Tol began playing for FC Volendam after World War II. He was not a technical gifted player, but mainly relied on his explosiveness and physical strength. Winand Kiran Madhankumar Bechan (born 12 September 1982), simply known as Kiran Bechan, is a Dutch former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Club career Bechan was a product of the Ajax football academy, which he joined at under-13 level, and made his senior debut as a starter on 1 April 2001 against NEC under head coach Co Adriaanse. He did not make the grade at Ajax and was loaned to Sparta in January 2003, only to be recalled by Ajax and sold to FC Groningen in November 2004. Henk Wisman (born 19 May 1957) is a Dutch football manager. He who was the coach of the Armenia national football team for about a year. Club career Wisman was born in Amsterdam. He began his career at AFC Ajax, having played in their youth system. He gained international experience as a young player and as a member of the Dutch Under-16, Under-17, Under-18 and Under-21 teams. Wisman did secure a place in the first team of Ajax. After eight years at Ajax, Wisman left the club in 1975 and went on to play at FC Amsterdam and SC Amersfoort (until 1980). He continued as a player-coach at amateur level for a short while.
