Jack David Smith (born 14 October 1983 in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire) is an English footballer, who last played for Wealdstone. Football career Watford Smith began his career as a trainee at Watford. His older brother Tommy had also graduated from the club's youth system a few years earlier. Swindon Town After originally being offered as a makeweight in a rejected bid to take Sam Parkin to Watford, Smith signed with Swindon Town a free transfer in July 2005, signing a one-year deal. Despite being right-footed, Smith made his debut on the left side of defence on the opening day of the season, in a 2–0 defeat at Barnsley. The National League South, formerly Conference South, is one of the second divisions of the National League in England, immediately below the top division National League. Kenneth Francis Jackett (born 5 January 1962) is a former professional football player and manager, who is currently Director of Football at club Gillingham. Daniel Joseph Wilson (born 1 January 1960) is a former footballer and manager. He has previously coached Sheffield Wednesday, Bristol City, Milton Keynes Dons, Hartlepool United, Swindon Town, Sheffield United, Barnsley and Chesterfield. Playing career Born in Wigan, Lancashire, Wilson started his career with hometown club Wigan Athletic in the Northern Premier League, scoring once in eight appearances before moving to Bury in the Football League. The 2008–09 Football League (known as the Coca-Cola Football League for sponsorship reasons) was the 110th completed season of the Football League. It began in August 2008 and concluded in May 2009, with the promotion play-off finals. The Football League is contested through three Divisions: the Championship, League One and League Two.
