Jack Rubinacci
Jack Rubinacci (born Giuliano Alberto Brian Rubinacci; 31 August 1975) is an Anglo-Italian singer, musician, songwriter and author. His songs have been recorded or covered by several different well-known artists throughout the world. Biography Rubinacci was born in Trastevere, Rome, Italy. He moved to England at the age of two, spending most of his childhood following his mother around where her work as an English school teacher took her, including Sicily and Birmingham. Aged 11 he met his father for the first time who worked as a piano bar player in Rome and was previously lead singer and bass player in the popular Italian band I Romans. At 14, Rubinacci followed in his father's footsteps and started writing songs and performing in school bands. Ben Christophers
Benjamin John Christophers (born 1969) is an English singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Wolverhampton, West Midlands, England. To date he has released five albums: the first two on Virgin Records' V2 label, the third on Cooking Vinyl and the two most recent on his own label, Rocketeer. He collaborated with French singer Françoise Hardy, for whom he wrote the song "La Folie ordinaire" released on her album "Tant de belles choses" in 2004. Norwegian Wood (music Festival)
Norwegian Wood is an annual music festival in Oslo, Norway, held in Frognerbadet. The name of the festival refers to the Beatles song "Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown)". Biography Norwegian Wood was initiated in 1992 by Jørgen Roll, Sten Fredriksen and Haakon Hartvedt, of which the first two are still on board the ship. The first two festivals were held on Bærums Verk in Bærum, but the festival was moved to Frognerbadet in 1994. The Dixie Chicks
The Chicks (previously known as Dixie Chicks) are an American country music band from Dallas, Texas. Since 1995, the band has consisted of Natalie Maines (lead vocals, guitar) and sisters Martie Maguire (vocals, fiddle, mandolin, guitar) and Emily Strayer (vocals, guitar, banjo, Dobro). Maguire and Strayer, both née Erwin, founded the band in 1989 in Dallas, Texas, with bassist Laura Lynch and vocalist and guitarist Robin Lynn Macy.
