Jack Ingram (NASCAR)
Jack Ingram (December 28, 1936 – June 25, 2021) was an American NASCAR Busch Series race car driver. Nicknamed the "Iron Man",TV: Busch Series preview show for Bristol, ESPN2 channel, 24 August 2007, interview with Jack Ingram during eight seasons in the Busch Series, he won 31 races and 5 poles, as well as the 1982 and 1985 championships. Unlike most younger competitors, Ingram won his 31 races between the age of 45 and age 50. Career During most of his time in the series he drove the Skoal Bandit car (1984–1991). Throughout his Busch Series career he almost always raced in the No. 11 car. During the 1986 season, Ingram was suspended for two races by NASCAR after ramming a driver during a race in Asheville, North Carolina at the New Asheville Speedway. Kroger 200 (Nationwide)
The Kroger 200 was a race for the NASCAR Xfinity Series (formerly known as the Nationwide Series) which took place at Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis in Clermont, Indiana. It originally debuted as a summer night race, and was the only major NASCAR event in the state of Indiana. In previous years, USAC stock car races were held at the facility, although the two events were not associated. In 1994, the Kroger 200 was moved to the night before the Winston Cup Series' Brickyard 400 at the nearby Indianapolis Motor Speedway. It appropriately began serving as an unofficial support race for larger Speedway's event. From 1994 to 2000, it was held on Friday night. The Winston Western 500 was an annual NASCAR Winston Cup race held at Riverside International Raceway in Riverside, California, United States, in January, and then in later years, November. From 1963 to 1981, the race was held in January and was the season opening race. NASCAR elected to start its season with the Daytona 500 beginning in 1982, so a second Winston Western 500 was run in November to accommodate the change; the change resulted in Riverside hosting three Winston Cup races in 1981. The race ran in November from 1981 to 1987, serving as the Winston Cup Series' final race of the year from 1981 to 1986. Langley Racing
Elmo Harold Langley (August 21, 1928 – November 21, 1996) was a NASCAR driver and owner. Langley primarily used the number 64 on his race cars during his NASCAR career. Racing career Langley began his racing career racing modified cars in Virginia and Maryland in 1952. Langley came into NASCAR as a Driver/Owner in 1954. In 1966 he partnered with Henry Woodfield and created Langley-Woodfield Racing. That same year Langley won the only two races of his long career. After the second race of the 1969 season, Langley and Woodfield split and Langley continued to run the team on his own returning to the driver/owner role. Langley finished 5th in season points in 1969 and 1971, 6th in 1968 and 1970, 7th in 1972, 8th in 1975, and 9th in 1967 and 1973. His final full season was as a driver for Langley Racing in 1975. Mark Anthony Martin (born January 9, 1959) is a retired American stock car racing driver. He has the second most wins all time in what is now the Xfinity Series with 49. He scored 40 Cup Series wins. He finished second in the NASCAR Cup Series standings five times, third in the NASCAR Cup Series standings four times, and has been described by ESPN as "The best driver to never win a championship."
