Jack Compton
Jack Louis Paul Compton (born 2 September 1988) is a Welsh footballer who plays as a winger for Cadoxton Barry. Career Compton began his career as a youth academy player with Portsmouth before signing for West Bromwich Albion at the age of 17. However, he was unable to break into the first team and joined Conference National side Weymouth on a one-month loan deal in February 2008, making his debut in a 0–0 draw with Torquay United. He made a total of four appearances with the club before returning to West Bromwich Albion. Following his release, Compton spent time on trial with Football League One side Brighton & Hove Albion, featuring in three pre-season friendly matches, before signing a short-term deal at the club in August 2008. Having not made an appearance for Brighton, he joined Conference National side Lewes on loan on 6 October 2008. Barry ( cy, Y Barri; ) is a town in the Vale of Glamorgan, Wales, on the north coast of the Bristol Channel approximately south-southwest of Cardiff. Barry is a seaside resort, with attractions including several beaches and the resurrected Barry Island Pleasure Park. According to Office for National Statistics 2016 estimate data, the population of Barry was 54,673. Once a small village, Barry has absorbed its larger neighbouring villages of Cadoxton and Barry Island, and now, Sully. The English Football League Championship (often referred to as the Championship for short or the Sky Bet Championship for sponsorship purposes) is the highest division of the English Football League (EFL) and second-highest overall in the English football league system, after the Premier League. The league is contested by 24 clubs. Eddie May (Scottish Footballer)
Eddie May (born 30 August 1967) is a former Scottish football player and coach. Playing career He played as a midfielder and full back for several clubs, including Hibernian, Falkirk and Motherwell during the 1980s and 1990s. When he joined Brentford in July 1989, May's £167,000 transfer fee was a then-club record. Coaching career After retiring as a player, May became a coach, developing young players for Falkirk. May was appointed as the manager of Falkirk in June 2009, with former player Steven Pressley and Alex Smith assisting him.
