John Daniel Bailey (born August 27, 1965) is a Republican Party (United States), Republican member of the Maryland Senate from the Maryland Legislative District 29, 29th district, based in Calvert County, Maryland, Calvert County and St. Mary's County, Maryland, St. Mary's County. Early life and career Bailey was born in Elkton, Maryland on August 27, 1965. He attended St. Mary's Ryken High School in Leonardtown, Maryland and attended the Mount St. Mary's University and Johns Hopkins University, where he earned a B.S. degree in management in 2013 and a M.S. degree in management in 2014. From 1991 to 2017, he worked as a conservation officer for the Maryland Natural Resources Police. Maryland, Maryland's Legislative District 29 is one of 47 districts in the state for the Maryland General Assembly. It covers parts of Calvert County, Maryland, Calvert County and St. Mary's County, Maryland, St. Mary's County. The College of Southern Maryland (CSM) is a public community college with campuses in Hughesville, La Plata, Leonardtown, and Prince Frederick, Maryland. Fentanyl, also spelled fentanil, is a very potent synthetic opioid used as a pain medication. Together with other drugs, fentanyl is used for anesthesia.
