Jack Arute
Jack Arute III ( ; born September 28, 1950) is an American former sportscaster for the NFL and college sports for Sirius XM Radio. He used to be an auto racing pit reporter and college football sideline reporter for ESPN and ABC, and covered the Izod IndyCar Series and the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour on Versus. Biography Arute was born in New Britain, Connecticut, the son of Jack Arute Jr. and grandson of Jack Arute Sr., owners of a prominent construction company in the state. (Arute Field, a football stadium in New Britain, is named for the family.) Arute is a graduate of the University of Vermont. Michael Joy (born November 25, 1949) is an American TV sports announcer and who currently serves as the lap-by-lap voice of Fox Sports' coverage of NASCAR. His color analyst is Clint Bowyer. Counting 2022, Joy has been part of the live broadcast of 43 Daytona 500s (7 for MRN Radio, 17 for CBS and 19 for FOX). He also serves as expert analyst for A&E Networks History Channel and FYI live TV coverage of collector car auctions. Danny "Chocolate" Myers (born October 17, 1948) is an American stock car racing personality. A long-time staffer for Richard Childress Racing, he was the fueler on six of the team's NASCAR championships (Dale Earnhardt Sr., 1986–87, 1990–91, 1993–94) and is the current curator of the team's museum. He is a radio host on Sirius Satellite Radio. Racing career Chocolate Myers worked as the fueler for Richard Childress Racing's No. 3 and later No. 29 team from 1976 until 2002.
