Jacaranda Records
Jacaranda Records is an independent record label in Liverpool, United Kingdom, specialising in Immersive Audio. Headquartered at The Jacaranda, the 1958 venue credited with launching The Beatles on their early careers, the label also operates live music venues and record stores across the city. History Founded by former UMG Executive Vice President Ray Mia, in November 2018 the label announced plans to build a vinyl production press and recording studio in Liverpool, with construction of the company's first immersive audio facility beginning three months later. In the summer of 2019, the label signed Spilt (band) and SHARDS on 10 year contracts. The label signed Aimée Steven at the end of that year. Ray Mia
Ray Mia is a British film, audio and theatre producer. Born in Seaforth, Merseyside, he was educated at Balliol College, Oxford, University of Kent, and City College of New York. In 2014, he joined Universal Music group as Executive Vice President, where he specialised in immersive audio technologies, working with artists including The Beatles, Justin Bieber, Shawn Mendes and Ennio Morricone. In 2018, he launched the Liverpool-based record label Jacaranda Records to help support grass roots music in the city. In 2022, he produced The Marlowe Sessions, a season of productions featuring the complete attributed works of the Elizabethan playwright Christopher Marlowe. The Jacaranda is a Liverpool music venue closely associated with the rise of the Merseybeat phenomenon in the 1960s. Allan Williams
Allan Richard Williams (21 February 1930 – 30 December 2016) was a British businessman and promoter who was the original booking agent and first manager of the Beatles. He personally drove the van to take the young band to Hamburg, Germany, in 1960, where they gained the vital show business experience that led to their emergence on the world stage. Williams was also a promoter and agent of a number of other Liverpool rock acts, helping stoke the Merseybeat boom of the early 1960s. George Harrison

Stuart Sutcliffe
Stuart Fergusson Victor Sutcliffe (23 June 1940 – 10 April 1962) was a Scottish painter and musician best known as the original bass guitarist of the English rock band the Beatles. Sutcliffe left the band to pursue his career as a painter, having previously attended the Liverpool College of Art. Sutcliffe and John Lennon are credited with inventing the name "Beetles" (sic), as they both liked Buddy Holly's band, the Crickets.
