Jabar Amin
Jabar Karim Mohamad Amin (born 1959) is a Swedish politician and former member of the Riksdag, the national legislature. A member of the Green Party, he represented Västerbotten County between October 2010 and September 2018. Amin studied mathematics at Umeå University. He has a political science degree from the university. He has been an interpreter, case manager, project manager and business manager. He was a member of the municipal council in Umeå Municipality between 2006 and 2010. Amin, who is a Kurd, claimed to have nominated Kurdistan Workers' Party leader Abdullah Öcalan for the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize. The Riksdag (, ; also sv, riksdagen or ''Sveriges riksdag'' ) is the legislature and the supreme decision-making body of Sweden. Since 1971, the Riksdag has been a unicameral legislature with 349 members (), elected proportionally and serving, since 1994, fixed four-year terms. The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is the world's largest regional security-oriented intergovernmental organization with observer status at the United Nations. Andrej Konstantin Hunko (born 29 September 1963 in Munich) is a German politician ( The Left). He has been a member of the German Bundestag since 2009 and a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) since 2010. He has been deputy chairman of the Unified European Left parliamentary group since 2015 and deputy chairman of the Left parliamentary group in the Bundestag since 2020. He has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Left party since 2014.
