Jaan Tomp
Jaan Tomp (10 September 1894 in Tuhalaane Parish (now Mulgi Parish), Kreis Fellin – 14 November 1924 in Tallinn) was an Estonian communist, politician, and member of Parliament. Mulgi Parish
Mulgi Parish ( et, Mulgi vald) is a rural municipality in southern Estonia. It is a part of Viljandi County. As of 2021, the municipality has a population of 7,372, and covers . It is one of the southernmost municipalities of both Vilandji and Estonia, 4 miles (6.4 km) north of the Latvian border. Geography The administrative centre of the Mulgi municipality is the town of Abja-Paluoja. Kreis Fellin (''Viljandi kreis'', ''Феллинский уезд'') was one of the nine subdivisions of the Governorate of Livonia of the Russian Empire. It was situated in the northern part of the governorate (in present-day southern Estonia). Its capital was Viljandi (''Fellin'').
