JK Welco Elekter
Tartu Jalgpalliklubi Welco is a semi-professional football club based in Tartu, Estonia. The club was founded in 2008 when group of university students decided to participate in IV liiga South, which is 6th and also the lowest tier of Estonian football pyramid. The first team of JK Welco currently plays in Esiliiga, after the promotion to the higher level through play-offs in 2016. Club also have reserve team in II Liiga and men and women amateur teams in lower tiers of Estonian football pyramid. The club is famous for their supporter group ''Electric Legion'' which is one of the biggest and most vocal supporter groups in Estonian club football scene. Tamme Staadion
Tamme Stadium ( et, Tamme staadion) is a multi-purpose stadium in Tartu, Estonia, located in the district of Tammelinn. First opened in 1932 and reaching its current look in 2011, the stadium is home to Tartu JK Tammeka, Tartu Tammeka and holds 1,638 people. History The original sports park was designed in 1928 by the architect Arnold Matteus. The work was completed in 1932 and in 1936, a grandstand was added. Since then the stadium has been used for games in the Meistriliiga, Estonian Football League. There have been numerous international athletic competitions held in the stadium, and also Estonian Song Festivals. The 2014–15 Estonian Cup was the 25th season of the Estonia's most prestigious football knockout tournament. The defending champions Levadia were eliminated after a walkover loss against 4 tier club in the third round as they fielded an unregistered player. Esiliiga B
The Esiliiga B is the third division in the Estonian football league system. The Esiliiga B is ranked below the Esiliiga and above the II liiga. As in most countries with low temperatures in winter time, the season starts in March and ends in November. Competition format The league consists of 10 clubs, all teams play each other four times. Both the winning team and the runners-up are promoted to the Esiliiga directly, whereas the third place club will participate in a two-legged play-off with the 8th place club of the Esiliiga for the spot in next year's competition. Same way the 2 bottom placed teams are relegated to the II liiga.
