J. Edward Wyatt
James Edward "Ned" Wyatt (September 24, 1860 – May 4, 1932) was a lawyer and political figure on Prince Edward Island. He represented 5th Prince in the Legislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island from 1908 to 1915 as a Prince Edward Island Conservative Party, Conservative. He was born in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, the son of William Wyatt, and was educated at Prince of Wales College. He married Cecilia, the daughter of John Lefurgey. Wyatt studied law, was admitted to the bar in 1883 and set up practice in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, Summerside with his brother-in-law J.E. Lefurgey. He was defeated when he ran for a seat in the provincial assembly in 1904 but was successful in the elections of 1908 and 1912. Prince Edward Island

Charlottetown
Charlottetown is the capital and largest city of the Canadian province of Prince Edward Island, and the county seat of Queens County. Named after Queen Charlotte, Charlottetown was an unincorporated town until it was incorporated as a city in 1855. Prince Of Wales College
Prince of Wales College (PWC) is a former university college, which was located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. PWC merged with St. Dunstan's University in 1969 to form the University of Prince Edward Island. PWC traces its history to 1804 when land was set aside by Lieutenant-Governor Edmund Fanning for a college - the colony's first. In 1821 a district school called the National School opened on the site located on Kent Street in the east end of Charlottetown. In 1835 Central Academy opened on a site along Grafton Street, immediately south of the National School. The National School closed in the early 1850s and the provincial Normal School for training teachers opened on the site in 1856. In 1860 the Central Academy was upgraded and renamed Prince of Wales College (PWC) in honour of a visit to the colony that year by the Prince of Wales, later to become King Edward VII. John Lefurgey
John Lefurgey (March 17, 1825 – May 5, 1891) was a merchant, ship builder and political figure in Prince Edward Island. He represented 5th Prince in the Legislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island from 1870 to 1890 as a Conservative member. He was born in Bedeque, Prince Edward Island, the son of William Lefurgey, and educated there. Lefurgey married Doretha Reid. In 1886, he was named to the board of examiners for fish inspectors in Prince County. He served a number of terms as a member of the Executive Council and assisted in the passage of the Railway Bill. Lefurgey was a supporter of Confederation. He ran unsuccessfully for a seat in the federal parliament in 1882. His daughter Rosara married William Arthur Brennan.
