Ivan Dovhodko
Ivan Viktorovych Dovhodko (born 15 January 1989) is a Ukrainian rower. He competed in the quadruple sculls at the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics. He won the gold medal in the quadruple sculls at the 2014 World Rowing Championships in Amsterdam, setting a new world's best time. He has won a gold, two silvers and a bronze in the quadruple sculls at European level. His sister Nataliya Nataliya ( uk, Наталія, russian: Наталия) is the Ukrainian and Russian form of the female given name Natalia. A diminutive form is Natalka ( uk, link=no, Наталка; see: Natalka Poltavka). People with the given name Nataliya ... is also an Olympic rower. His father, Viktor Dovgodko, and his mother, Valentine Dovgodko, were also both international rowers. Nataliya Dovhodko ( uk, Наталія Довгодько; born 7 February 1991 in Kyiv) is a Ukrainian female crew rower. She won a gold medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the quadruple sculls event with Kateryna Tarasenko, Anastasiya Kozhenkova, and Yana Dementyeva. Dovhodko was recognised the Merited Master of Sports for her 2012 Olympic feat. That year, the team of Dovhodko, Tarasenko, Olga Hurkovska and Dementyeva also won the gold medal at the European Championships.
