''It Doesn't Matter Anymore'' is the debut album by Scottish britpop band The Supernaturals on the Parlophone label. It reached number 9 on the UK Albums Chart in 1997, and spawned four top 40 singles on the UK Singles Chart. Production ''It Doesn't Matter Anymore'' was recorded at several studios: Jacobs, Eden, Trident, Chapel, Chipping Norton, and Riverside. Pete Smith served as produced on every track, except for "Pie in the Sky", which was produced by the band. Many of the songs were engineered by different people: Jim Brumby ("Please Be Gentle with Me" and "Prepare to Land"), Ben Darlow ("Smile", "Glimpse of the Light", "Lazy Lover", "Dung Beetle", "I Don't Think So", and "Trees"), Barry Hammond ("Love Has Passed Away", "The Day Before Yesterday's Man", and "Trees"), Jason Clift ("Stammer"), and Duncan Cameron ("Pie in the Sky"). (I'm Always Touched By Your) Presence, Dear
"(I'm Always Touched by Your) Presence, Dear" is a song by the American band Blondie, from their 1978 album ''Plastic Letters''. Written by recently departed Blondie bassist Gary Valentine, the song was based on the telepathic connections that Valentine believed he experienced with his girlfriend, journalist Lisa Jane Persky, while on tour. Though Valentine had left the band, drummer Clem Burke convinced the band to record the song for ''Plastic Letters''. "Presence, Dear" was released in 1978 as the second single from ''Plastic Letters'', reaching number 10 in the UK singles chart in May 1978. It was never released as a single in the US. The song has since seen critical acclaim and has been ranked by some music writers as one of the band's best songs. It was founded in 1986 by broadcast journalists Mark Ellen and David Hepworth, who were presenters of the BBC television music series ''The Old Grey Whistle Test''. Shine was a various artists compilation album series released by PolyGram TV in Britain from 1995 to 1998, centring on indie rock, largely from new British bands (several American bands, like Green Day and Dinosaur Jr. appeared sparingly). The series began in 1995 to capitalize on the Britpop scene. In total, there were ten Shine albums, plus a 'Best of '97' compilation and a final 'Best of Shine' in 1998. The series ended in the late 1990s as the Britpop era passed. Anya Susannah Hindmarch, (; born 1968) is an English fashion accessories designer who founded an eponymous company. Career Hindmarch was born into an entrepreneurial family and attended New Hall School, an independent school in Chelmsford, Essex. At 16 Hindmarch was given an old Gucci handbag by her mother and at 18, in around 1986, she went to Florence to study Italian for a year. While she was in Italy, she noticed a drawstring leather duffel bag was all the rage among fashionable women. ''Phoenix Nights'' is a British sitcom about The Phoenix Club, a working men's club in the northern English town of Bolton, Greater Manchester.
