István Józsa
István Józsa (born 7 September 1953) is a Hungarian mechanical engineer and politician, member of the National Assembly (MP) from the Hungarian Socialist Party from 2002 to 2018. Work experience Józsa earned a degree of mechanical engineer at the Budapest University of Technology (BME) in 1978. He also obtained a degree of machine construction engineer there in 1982. He became a doctor of technology in 1987. He earned a level of economic manager at the Oxford Polytechnic (present-day Oxford Brookes University) in 1990. He started his professional career at the Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the Budapest University of Technology. He was an employee of the Olajterv Ltd. (today OT Industries), in various positions from 1980 to 1995. He became a technical director of Gépkar, Ltd. a private power engineering and construction company in 1995. National Assembly Of Hungary
The National Assembly ( hu, Országgyűlés, lit=Country Assembly) is the parliament of Hungary. The unicameral body consists of 199 (386 between 1990 and 2014) members elected to 4-year terms. Election of members is done using a semi-proportional representation: a mixed-member majoritarian representation with partial scorporo, compensation via transfer votes and mixed single vote; involving single-member districts and one list vote; parties must win at least 5% of the popular vote in order to gain list seats assembly. 2014 Hungarian Parliamentary Election
The 2014 Hungarian parliamentary election took place on 6 April 2014. This parliamentary election was the 7th since the 1990 first multi-party election. The result was a victory for the Fidesz–KDNP alliance, preserving its two-thirds majority, with Viktor Orbán remaining Prime Minister. It was the first election under the new Constitution of Hungary which came into force on 1 January 2012. The new electoral law also entered into force that day. For the first time since Hungary's transition to democracy, the election had a single round. The voters elected 199 MPs instead of the previous 386 lawmakers. Csongrád
Csongrád ( ro, Ciongrad; tr, Conğrad sr, Чонград, Čongrad, archaically also ''Црноград/Crnograd'') is a town in Csongrád County in southern Hungary. History At the time of the Hungarian Conquest (the end of 9th century) the Maros Valley was under Bulgarian control. The fortress was known as Chorniy Grad (Slavic term for 'black castle') and served as a Bulgarian-Slavic guard outpost. Later King Stephen (1000–1038) made the town a state administration center, giving its name to a county. It remained a county seat till the Mongol invasion of Hungary (1240–42). The town and fortress were badly damaged by the Mongols; king Béla IV subsequently transferred the county seat to Szeged in 1247. The move significantly affected Csongrád's recovery.
