Israel Township is one of the twelve townships of Preble County, Ohio, United States. According to the 2000 census, 1,273 people were in the township—1,031 of whom lived in the unincorporated portions of the township. Fairhaven is an unincorporated community in eastern Israel Township, Preble County, Ohio, United States. It lies along State Route 177 at its intersection with Israel-Somers Road. Four Mile Creek, which feeds into Acton Lake in southern Preble County, runs on the western edge of Fairhaven. It is located 10½ miles (17 kilometers) southwest of Eaton, the county seat of Preble County. The community is part of the Dayton Metropolitan Statistical Area. College Corner is a village in Butler and Preble counties in the southwestern part of the U.S. state of Ohio, northwest of Oxford. The population was 387 at the 2020 census. The village lies on the state line with Indiana, where it borders the town of West College Corner. Milford Township, one of thirteen townships in the county, is located in north-central Butler County, Ohio, United States, between Oxford and Middletown.
