It is located at 34°13'0N 72°15'0E Its population is about 60,000. There is a government high school for girls and secondary school for boys. Kernel Sher Khan Cadet college is located here. There is also a basic health unit in the town. Ismaila is very famous for Chapli Kabab and Faiq Lobia farosh. Swabi District ( ps, سوابۍ ولسوالۍ, ur, ) is a district in the Mardan Division of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan. It lies between the Indus and Kabul Rivers. Before becoming a district in 1988, it was a tehsil within the Mardan District. % of the population speaks Pashto as their first language. Demographics At the time of the 2017 census the district had a population of 1,625,477, of which 815,828 were males and 809,550 females. Rural population was 1,349,513 (83.02%) while the urban population was 275,964 (16.98%). Ranigat (Pashto: راني ګټ) is a collection of 2nd century CE Buddhist ruins spread over an area of 4 square kilometers which dates from the Gandhara civilization. Ranigat is located in Buner Valley of Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. According to archeologists, Ranigat remained the center of Buddhist art and culture for centuries. Yusuf Khan And Sherbano
''Yusuf Khan and Sherbano'' is a famous Pashtun amorous folktale. Its format is an extended narrative described as ''qissa'' or ''dastan''. It is listed along with '' Adam Khan and Durkhanai'', ''Ramadad Khan'', and ''Ajab Khan'' as one of the important Pashto ''dastans'' which are available as chapbooks or in audio formats. The tale has also been termed as the Pukhtun version of ''Romeo and Juliet''. Development The story of Yusuf Khan and Sherbano was put to verse by poet Ali Haidar Joshi (Joshi was a pen name) in the 1960s and was turned into a film, ''Yousuf Khan Sher Bano'', released in 1970.
